DI Dr. techn. Michael Weiss

DI Dr. techn. Michael Weiss has been working as a management consultant, trainer, auditor and coach mainly in Europe since 1993. Over the past 30 years, he has carried out more than 250 corporate development projects in companies of all sizes and sectors, such as the pharmaceutical, automotive, software and IT industries, mechanical, construction and plant engineering, automation, planning companies, service providers, public agencies and NGOs. He has developed new perspectives for sustainable business management based on quantum physics and the laws of nature and described them in various publications on sustainability and innovation. His latest book “The 12-9-7 Method” was published in 2021. Furthermore, Michael Weiss is an auditor at TÜV Nord as well as founder, and board member of the cooperative of the House of Sustainable Economy.

Anita Tscherne, MAS MBA

Anita Tscherne worked for over 25 years in the areas of human resources and management in various industries: from 5* hotels to private clinics to public, non-profit hospitals. Her focus was on the implementation of change processes through forward-looking organisational and human resources development with an emphasis on the compatibility of professional and private spheres of life as well as generation management. She is a certified JACK CANFIELD Methodology Trainer, systemic coach, accredited INSIGHTS MDI® consultant and has been a board member of the Academy for Sstainability since June 2022. Anita Tscherne has been a member of the Lions Club Graz Panthera since 2002 and of the Haus der Nachhaltigen Wirtschaft eG since 2021.

Christian Angerbauer is a process engineer and environmental consultant from Graz. He brings 25 years of professional experience and is an expert in process analysis and optimisation with a focus on increasing resource and energy efficiency, sustainable development and supporting resource-efficient and cleaner production and circular economy in organisations. He also specialises in the implementation, optimisation and monitoring of management systems and is an external auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.

Mag. Gerhard Maier has been working as a systemic management consultant, coach, supervisor and trainer for more than 20 years. He is the managing director of Primawera Veränderungsmanagement and LQforYOU GmbH – green market. He is also a member of the Haus der nachhaltigen Wirtschaft (HDNW) and the Grazer Beratergruppe.

Markus Möller has been providing services for the introduction and implementation of sustainable development in private and public organisations for 22 years with the aim of improving resource and process efficiency while reducing costs. This raises awareness for circular economy and sustainable development in organisations and society. His expertise comes from Austrian and international projects in Europe and Asia. DI (FH) Gerald Sturb

DI (FH) Gerald Sturb has been self-employed as a trained information manager since 2011. His main focus in recent years has been on the organisation and management of IT projects, coupled with a focus on digitalisation and the delivery of staff training on this topic.

Within the framework of further training measures, he acts as an expert in communicating how sustainable orientation can succeed in companies in both the software (strategic data storage) and hardware (refurbished IT) sectors in a way that is fit for the future and conserves resources.

Gerolf Wicher 

Gerolf Wicher has been an independent communications consultant for sustainable campaigns, brands and marketing since 1986. He is the author of several publications, lecturer at Austrian universities and winner of various awards for advertising and marketing. He is considered a pioneer in many marketing communication measures. His passion and dedication lies in using new approaches, through sense orientation in marketing and fairness in communication, to make products and services more sustainable.

Petra Busswald graduated in Technical Mathematics and Technical Environmental Protection at Graz University of Technology and co-founded her company akaryon more than 20 years ago, which is dedicated to combining sustainability and digitalisation. With akaryon and its current team of more than 20 people, she develops digital tools that are particularly geared towards measuring sustainability and supporting sustainability communication.

Christine Abbott

Christine lives in the UK and is an experienced action learning facilitator and developer with a background of senior leadership roles in health and social care and education. She co founded the Centre for Action Learning our partner organisation in 2011 to support organisations learning particulatly in the fields of health , social and NGO’s third sector. Working with over 1000 organisations worlwide and training over 6,000 facilitatars of action learning has led her to publish widely her work. Action Learning Facilitation: a practitioners guide has been published in English, Chinese and Korean. She also published Action Learning in Social Work and is the author of 60 academic texts. Christine is a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal Action Learning Research and Practice, a member of the Global Executive Leadership Network worldwide.Christine currently teaches part time on the Open University Business School MBA programme.
