Our programmes are aimed at entrepreneurs, leaders, decision-makers and all those interested and motivated in sustainability issues. Our offer ranges from events designed as one-day workshops to comprehensive development programmes, both face-to-face and online. We also offer bespoke solutions and development programmes for organisations. Please do not hesitate to contact us! Competences for a sustainable world

The Academy for Sustainability offers an educational and development programme for leaders, entrepreneurs, decision-makers and all people who are willing to deal with different aspects of sustainability. It covers environmental technologies, social standards, leadership and a nature-based study of body-mind-spirit. The 360° training leads you through a deepened awareness of the laws of nature into a new mindset and enables you to develop concrete professional goals for your organisation and world. Action Learning through our partners Centre for Action Learning is designed to support the implementation of your learning into practice.

Three levers for the transformation

Through a new thinking, we open up new perspectives for a sustainable economy.

Through new leadership approaches, methods and tools for all areas of management and leadership, we provide the sustainable tools that meet the new economic requirements.

Through individual learning and reflection with trained and experienced facilitators, we provide motivation for rapid implementation. We can offer this especiallialy in the safe and natural world setting of the Pöllau Valley in Austria

A special kind of learning space

The Academy for Sustainability home is in the middle of the Pöllau Valley Nature Park in Eastern Styria. In this region with its unique nature, culture and many innovative model businesses, we apply a unique educational concept. Through “learning in the natural space” you will gain the 360° competences here that are necessary for sustainable management. Our programmers can be also delivered in other similar places we have negotiated.
